What can I say... we've been busy.

Yeah I know... it's been over a year.
And who knows if this will be the one post for the next year, but I thought I would try.

Let's see.. our "baby" turns two next month.  That just blows my mind.  He is such a little man and I can't express just how much I love that kid.  He is wonderful, smart, joyful, stubborn, and so independent.

We have kept up our remodel... slowly - but we look at it like a marathon.  More updates to come (well maybe - i'm not making promises here)

oh and did i mention baby #2 is on the way... actually pretty soon!  October 1st is the date.  More on that later too.

We've been trying to wrap up projects and make room for the new little peanut.... so we have been busy.  (see i told you...) I have tons of great pictures I just can't wait to share.

Hopefully i'm back for a while.
