lady crabbing

some of the nights while at the beach we went lady crabbing. 

lady crabbing is not about the crab per see but more about the excitement of the hunt. "lady crabbin" happens at nigh which makes it extra exciting.

here is how you do it...

grab flashlights and a stick (or a kiddie shovel like we did).
set off into the night.

scan the surf with your flash light.
when you see a shine in the foam use the stick (or shovel) to see if you have found a crab or a shell.

if it is a crab squeal and run so the crab does not pinch your toes.

if you are very brave pick up angry crab or put in bucket... release crabs back into wave.

go home happy.
