ok so it is like 100 degrees here in seattle.
serious it is a 100 degrees here. yes i know that many of you live with this many day out of the year but we are just not equip to be dealing with the heat. for example we don't have air conditioning at work (or insulation in the old building) and so it was 90+ degrees at work on the third floor. our server shut down and we all milled about the office until 3 when my boss finally threw in the towel and we were allowed to go home.
we don't own a fan, or air conditioner, or ceiling fan at the house and the dogs are just plane hot. i soaked them down with a hose when i got home so they were a bit cooler. but i must tell ya we all are pretty hot. i think i will join them in laying on the floor trying to stay cool. maybe tonight we will walk them down to the sound so they can get their paws wet. i think i will get an ice cream on the way home. yeah me... ha.
why put up with the hot weather if you can't have an ice cream?

so hot! we went for ice cream tonight between moving boxes and our local soft serve place was closed due to heat. i was like are you mad??? you know how much you could have made????
I'm sorry it's so hot! We have those temps here but we're equipped with AC and a ceiling fan in every room because of the heat we experience!
Go get yourself some ice cream! Woo!
